Why You'll Love This Role
Join our team as an Exercise Scientist and make a real difference.
You'll prescribe exercise programs for clients and supervise their training, whilst providing education on the power of strength training for prevention and long-term health outcomes.
This isn't just a job, it's a chance to empower people to live life to the fullest.
What You'll Do
Lead 1:1 training, run strength assessments, and analyse movement to help clients crush their goals.
Apply biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control principles to create evidence-based solutions that actually work.
Give clients practical, science-backed advice on health, fitness, and performance so they feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
Develop and implement tailored exercise prescriptions that support recovery, prevention, and peak performance.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to deliver health outcomes to clients.Establish, track, and reassess progress for both new and long-term clients to keep them motivated and moving forward.
Guide clients to hit their fitness targets, recover from injuries, and perform at their best.




Complete essential admin tasks to support seamless client care.
Provide top-tier service that reflects Kieser's commitment to quality and innovation
What We're Looking For
If you're a current graduate Exercise Scientist, you're passionate about helping people and believe in strength training for prevention and long-term health, we want to hear from you.
Must-haves
Bachelor of Exercise/Sports Science or currently undertaking 3rd (or subsequent) year Bachelor of Physiotherapy, where at least 2 of following units have been completed: Physiology & Anatomy, Biomechanics/Human Movement and/or Exercise Programming/PrescriptionValid Australian working rightsRelevant placement/practicum learning regarding Exercise PrescriptionFirst Aid & CPR certificationNDIS Worker Screening + Working with Children Check
Nice-to-haves
1+ years' relevant experiencePrivate practice backgroundPrevious experience in strength-training environment
