Health Support
Services are seeking to establish a register of applicants for
occasional short‐term contract opportunities up to three months
with possibility of extensions and/or permanency for HSU Level G8
Senior Network Administrator roles.
The
register allows applicants to express interest in short-term
opportunities on a fixed-term, full time and part-time basis.
Permanent appointments will not initially be made through this EOI,
however, individuals appointed via this process may be considered
for permanency during their employment should opportunities arise.
Applicants may be contacted on an ad hoc basis in line with vacancy
requirements.

Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Senior Network
Administrator.
This is for
Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time appointments with
the possibility of extension(s) and/or
permanency.

As a member
of the ICT Infrastructure unit, you will be responsible
for:
Network
services to Health Service Provider's and sites, including
incident management, break fix, device replacement, change
co-ordination and assigned work tasks.
Wired or
wireless advanced resolution.
Enhanced
wi-fi services and support for digitally enabled or wireless
sites.

troubleshooting, root cause analysis and change
implementation
ITSM
processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
Experience
with the following tools will be highly regarded:
