About the Opportunity Join the Paediatric Ward at Griffith Base Hospital and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver compassionate, family-centred care to infants, children and adolescents while working in a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to providing safe, evidence-based care.
As the Registered Nurse, you will: Provide high-quality, family-centred nursing care to paediatric patients.
Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
Recognise and respond to changes in a child's condition, escalating concerns appropriately.
Support children and families through education, advocacy and shared decision-making.
Work collaboratively with paediatricians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.




Contribute to safe discharge planning, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
About You Our ideal candidate will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated clinical assessment and care planning skills.
A commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, family-centred care.
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
A commitment to continuous learning, patient safety and quality improvement.
A current NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
