Your new roleWorking as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions.
This may involve being on site one with a client one day for meetings, and then talking hiring strategies with national clients in a boardroom the next.
You will have the full autonomy for managing the recruitment process which will involve;Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking eventsCreating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sectorWorking with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across your sectorLive our Hays valued behaviours where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.
What you'll need to succeedWe are open to experience level, whether you have 2 years or 10 years' experience the right person will be confident operating in a 360-recruitment role, and be motivated to be in a collaborative team environment.
