Key Responsibilities:
Lead supervisors, coordinators, and site crews across projects and shutdowns.
Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Monitor project performance, costs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
Full Australian working rights




Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)
3–5 years' experience in shutdown management or similar role
Strong leadership and team management capability ******+ personnel)
Safety-focused and solid operational knowledge with labour hire and workforce coordination
