** What You'll Be Doing
Providing Level 1-1.5 support across client environmentsAssisting clients with forward thinking IT Strategy!




Visiting client sites when requiredActing as a technical advisor to clientsContributing to improving documentation and internal systems
** What You'll Bring:
Proven L1-1.5 IT support experience supporting multiple client environments (previous experience in an MSP highly regarded) Experience with Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, cloud technologies and very basic networkingRelevant Microsoft certifications or working towards themStrong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving abilityExperience delivering cloud and infrastructure projectsConfident client communication and advisory skillsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasksSolid documentation habits and attention to detailA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
** Tech Environment Experience across a mix of:
Microsoft 365AzureEntra IDIntune/AutopilotOn-prem infrastructureBackup & Disaster RecoveryNetworking & SecurityScripting/automationWindows Virtual Desktop (WVD)Virtual Machines (VM)SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power AutomateAny Cloud migration experience a bonus!
