About The Role
In this role, you will provide direct personal care and support to residents, assisting them with daily living activities in line with individual care plans.
You will work closely with Registered and Enrolled Nurses, contributing to a secure, respectful and supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities Include
Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and mealsSupporting residents' emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagementMaintaining residents' dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all timesContributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environmentObserving and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
About You
You are a caring and committed and someone who values teamwork and understands the importance of delivering high‐quality, resident‐centred care.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shiftsGenuine passion for working with elderly residentsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
