First Class Constructions (W.A.) Pty Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Mastic Applicators to join our growing team.
Based in Perth, we have opportunities available on both a casual and permanent basis.
Whether you're an experienced mastic applicator or have a strong construction or concreting background and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Working across a variety of commercial construction projects, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality joint sealing and finishing work while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete joints and surfaces for sealing.
Install backing rod and apply mastic/sealants to expansion and control joints.
Produce neat, high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
Assist with general construction and labouring duties as required.
Work closely with supervisors and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Mastic Applicator or Concrete Labourer
Experience with mastic, joint sealing, caulking or waterproofing is highly regarded.




A robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pride in producing quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Physically fit and capable of manual work.
Current White Card.
