maintenance concerns or missing itemsTaking clear photographs after each clean to confirm our guest-ready standards have been achievedCompleting cleaning and inspection checklists using our mobile systemsAdvising the operations team immediately if a property cannot be completed on timeWorking independently or alongside another team memberHelping maintain consistently high presentation standards across all our propertiesBecause our guests often arrive only hours after a property has been prepared, reliability is essential.
Every clean must be completed to a consistently high standard within the allocated timeframe.
We rely on team members who communicate early if any issues arise so we can support them and ensure every guest enjoys a wonderful arrival experience.Most work occurs during daytime turnover hours.Weekend, public holiday and school holiday work is shared across the team where possible and depends on guest bookings.
