About the Role
As our Construction Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction of double storey & single storey one-off designed homes from site works through to completion.
Working closely with the Construction Manager, you'll coordinate trades, maintain construction programs, uphold exceptional quality standards and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time and to the standard our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations across residential projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
Maintain construction programs and monitor project progress
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, NCC requirements and project specifications
Carry out quality inspections throughout construction
Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays
Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
Maintain clean, organised and secure building sites

About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys building quality homes and leading people.
Ideally you'll have:
Minimum 10 years' experience across trade and residential site supervision
Minimum 2+ years experience as site supervisor in Perth managing double story home construction.
Strong understanding of Australian building standards and construction practices
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain construction programs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
An established network of quality subcontractors will be highly regarded
Essential Requirements
Relevant trade qualification or residential building background
White Card
Current C Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance
