The opportunity
The City of Mandurah Recreation Centres are looking for talented
and enthusiastic individuals to fill the positions of Sports Umpire
for the current sports seasons within the Recreation Centres.
You will be responsible for:
Pickleball
Officiating Pickleball games and competitions run at the
Mandurah Aquatic Recreation Centre.
Setting up of courts and programs and ensuring the sessions
run smoothly
Coaching new players and ensuring the rules are
followed
Pickleball is currently run Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Availability for these days is required in addition to Monday
evenings.
Representing the City of Mandurah in a professional
capacity during all competitions.
Netball
Officiating games and competitions run at the Mandurah
Aquatic Recreation Centre and Halls Head Recreation
Centre.
Current competition days are: Tuesday and Wednesday
evenings and Thursday mornings; Availability for all of these
days is not required.

Game management and player interaction.
Representing the City of Mandurah in a professional
capacity during all competitions.
Futsal
Officiating Futsal games and competitions run at the
Mandurah Aquatic Recreation Centre.
Futsal is currently run on a Wednesday evening.
Availability for this day is required.

To be successful in this role, you will
need:
National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)
Current Badges (if any) for Accreditation Pay Levels.
