The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability and operational excellence across Pandora's Queensland store network.
Through strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration, this role develops high-performing teams, identifies commercial opportunities and delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Accountabilities
People
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomesAdapt leadership and coaching approaches to support varying levels of capability across people leadership, sales performance, operations, inventory management and visual merchandisingFoster an inclusive, diverse and high-performing culture aligned with Pandora's Brand Values - We Dream, We Dare, We Care & We DeliverIdentify, recruit and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline and support internal career growthDrive engagement, accountability and performance through regular coaching, feedback and development planning.
Performance and standards
Drive sales performance to achieve targets and store KPIsCoach and lead Store Managers and teams to maximise sales & profitability and to deliver high standards of operational executionLead and deliver 'best in class customer experience, brand initiatives and operational standards across all storesStrong execution of global VM standards
Partnerships, training and communication
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Retail Operations, Training, and Merchandising teams to drive commercial performance, employee capability, and product knowledge.Collaborate with the Sales Training team to design and implement training initiatives that support business objectives and deliver measurable results.Develop and maintain effective relationships with store owners,
franchise partners, and store teams to foster engagement, alignment, and performance.Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance team capability and customer experience.
Process, Analysis & Administration
Analyse sales performance, reporting and key metrics to identify opportunities, drive improvements and implement corrective actions.Use industry insights and benchmarking to maintain market-leading service and operational standards.Drive stock accuracy and minimise inventory loss across the region.Manage payroll within budget and in line with business expectations.Ensure accurate reporting, compliance and effective execution of key business processes.
The Successful Candidate
Proven retail leader with experience managing multiple sites and delivering strong commercial results.Customer-focused and commercially driven, with a track record of achieving sales growth and service excellence.Strategic and solutions-oriented, with a robust understanding of retail KPIs and performance drivers.Inspiring coach and mentor with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.Data-driven, with experience in workforce planning, productivity, payroll, stock optimisation and territory management.Strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
