About Scarlet Homecare
Scarlet Homecare is an Adelaide-based disability and home care services provider delivering NDIS supports across a suite of services, including disability support workers, community nursing, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and a Complex Hospital Discharge Program.
Our purpose and approach are grounded in participant-first care that supports people to live with dignity, independence and opportunity, delivered respectfully and with evidence-informed practice.
We're an approved registered NDIS and DVA service provider, and we place a strong emphasis on continuity of support, explicit communication with participants and their support networks, and continual service improvement through feedback.
We're also proud to support our local community, including as major sponsors of Brain Injury SA activities such as Brain Injury Awareness Week.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced coordinator (NDIS) to join our team in Adelaide.
In this role, you'll be the key link between NDIS participants, their families/guardians and support networks, and our internal rostering and service delivery teams—ensuring the right supports are delivered the right way, by the right people, at the right times.
This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a similar service coordination/service delivery role within an NDIS provider environment and understands both:
the human side of the work (relationships, trust, feedback, satisfaction) and the operational side (rostering alignment, documentation, budgets, early escalation and change management).
Key Responsibilities
Build strong working relationships with NDIS participants and their support networks (including families/guardians, Support Coordinators and allied health stakeholders) to understand individual needs, routines and preferences.
Work closely with the rostering team to match participants with the most suitable support team,

supporting continuity and alignment with preferences, needs and risk considerations.
Coordinate service commencement and ongoing delivery, including clear service schedules that reflect participant goals and fit within available budgets/service agreements.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and service reviews to confirm service alignment, address concerns early, and maintain participant satisfaction.
Maintain close contact with participants and proactively seek feedback to drive service improvements (including documenting and tracking actions).
Provide regular updates to the Directors/CEO on participant satisfaction, key risks, service continuity issues, and budget trends (shortfall/surplus forecasting).
Identify changes in participant circumstances early (for example discharge transitions, housing changes, clinical or psychosocial changes) and coordinate timely service adjustments.
Monitor participant budgets and funded hours to ensure services are delivered within budget, escalating risks and proposing practical solutions early.
Support consistent documentation standards (service agreements, consent-aware information handling, risk assessments and service delivery records) and uphold privacy/confidentiality expectations.
Escalate safety, quality and compliance concerns early, supporting incident management expectations and internal processes where required.
Participation in audit and compliance as required
What We're Looking For
You're someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and genuinely values participant-first service delivery.

You can balance empathy with accountability and are confident managing competing priorities in a fast-moving NDIS service environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a similar Service Coordinator / Service Delivery / Scheduling & Rostering coordination role within disability/NDIS services.
A strong working knowledge of NDIS regulation and safeguarding expectations, including the NDIS Code of Conduct and incident management obligations relevant to registered providers.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills (participants, families/guardians, internal teams, external professionals).
Confidence coordinating rosters in line with participant preferences and operational requirements, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Budget awareness and the ability to track service delivery against plan/service agreement parameters and forecast issues early.
A collaborative, team-first approach and the ability to work well with rostering, clinical and leadership teams.
Relevant qualifications (community services, disability, nursing, allied health, social work or similar) are advantageous but not essential.
Ability to meet sector screening/training expectations, including (as applicable) an NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety and You" (or willingness to obtain/complete).
Why Join Scarlet Homecare?
Work–life balance and flexibility in a growing organisation.
Supportive team environment focused on respectful, dignified, participant-first care.
Competitive pay and the opportunity to build a long-term career pathway with an expanding NDIS provider.
Meaningful impact—help shape consistent, high-quality supports for NDIS participants across Adelaide.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you're passionate about client care and want to be part of a supportive, growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
