Casual Campus Store Customer Service – Murdoch

We're looking for Casual Campus Store Customer Service staff to join our teams at the Murdoch University campus store.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a vibrant, student-focused environment and are dedicated to helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service with clear and friendly communication
Operate POS and inventory systems with precision and attention to detail
Process sales, assist with stock movement, and accurately handle transactions
Pick and pack customer online orders for delivery or store pick-up
Maintain high merchandising standards and support sales initiatives
Follow direction from the support office to meet store and sales goals
Accurately perform administration tasks and keep organised records
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a supportive team
Approach work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Manage time effectively,

What We're Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and effective time management
Ability to work well both independently and within a team
Previous experience in retail customer service or a similar role
Proactive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
Manual handling required (lifting, carrying, and physical tasks involved)
Requirements:
Australian residency or valid working rights
Valid Australian driver's license
A valid Working with Children Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Availability during Store Hours (8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday) - Please note availability on application.
