Fleet Integrations is a fast paced fleet management and IVMS installation company.We are looking for a Workshop Manager with the below experience.Responsibilities:Management of fabrication staff ensuring protected work practices and methodologyDraft efficient and cost effective fabrication maintenance plan for project worksEnsure the above plan is implemented correctly by fabricators and machinistsManage stock counts on spares and partsManage maintenance and breakdowns of workshop machinery or toolsMentor and train the workshop fabricators and machinists, implement continuous development incentivized training packagesMaintain and manage staff workplace certifications, qualifications and licenses for all maintenance and fabrication staffEnsure a clean and orderly workshop in line with quality,



health and safety standards and company policyDevelop preventative maintenance strategies to boost efficiency and reduce down timeCarry out scheduled services to workshop equipment including the forklift and company vehiclesDevelop an on call schedule for after hour repairs requiredMaintain the workshop tooling and equipment in the workshopProduce fabrication templates and drawings for telecommunications trailers required for the mining and oil and gas sectorsProvide improvements and recommendations for cost effective and efficient trailer fabricationJob Type: Full-timePay: $69,****** – $130,****** per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Yanchep WA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
