Medical Receptionist – Respiratory Specialist Practice (Part-Time)
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy and well-established Respiratory Specialist practice.
This part-time position requires availability Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am to 4PM - 4:30 pm, with an average of ***** hours per fortnight.
The role will initially be offered on a 3-month temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent following a successful probationary period.
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced medical environment and possess excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
While previous experience in a medical reception role is highly desirable, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer telephone enquiries and schedule appointments.
Liaise with patients, their families and other healthcare providers.
Process billing and payments.
Perform general administrative and office duties.




Undertake medical typing when required.

Previous experience in a medical practice is desirable but not essential.
