On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office.The RoleThis is a hands-on role supporting WA's civil, rail and infrastructure projects.
You'll manage the full recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (primarily blue-collar) Writing and posting job ads Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates Conducting references, VEVO and police checks Booking and coordinating medicals and functional assessments Managing onboarding and compliance within internal systems About You Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue-collar highly regarded but not essential)
