Fluor is seeking a talented IT Desktop Technician for a short-term contract, roughly 3 months.
This is your chance to work with a global leader, providing cutting-edge EPC services to both government and private-sector clients across diverse industries.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on support with Windows OS
Address user issues with hardware, software, and network
Utilize your working knowledge of the ServiceNow ticketing tool
Build recent Windows OS/images on laptops and desktops
Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Maintain a customer-oriented attitude
Communicate effectively and collaborate with wider teams
Manage meeting room/Audio-Video setups
Utilize your working knowledge of MS-Office 365 suites/applications
Perform network switch patching connections
