The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Prunus Lodge in Molong.
Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
Strong time management and communication skills
Understanding of resident's rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk
Ability to manage change efficiently and effectively
Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Special Dietary needs
Experience in Aged Care desirable
Current First Aid Certificate desirable
Excellent communication skills
Team player who is highly motivated
Availability to work weekend shifts

$33 - $36 per hour base salary.
Note, the rate you are offered within this salary range is dependent on your skills,
qualification, and level of experience.
