This is a permanent part-time position working ***** hours per week.




Flexibility is essential, as our operations run across a 7-day roster between 4:30am and 11:30pm.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and scheduling agency staff into client shifts
Building strong relationships with clients and our staff members through daily communication
Managing shift confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Responding promptly to client staffing requests
Ensuring all allocations are completed accurately and efficiently
Updating staff availability and workforce records
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a dynamic roster
Working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
You'll also bring:
Strong administrative and computer skills
Experience in rostering, scheduling, or allocations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous experience in healthcare or aged care (highly regarded)
