What you'll be doing:
Handling customer enquiries and service requests over the phone and via email
Preparing and following up on quotations
Processing customer orders accurately
Maintaining up-to-date customer records and service documentation
Working closely with the Service Management team to ensure customer needs are met
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
A reliable and organised approach with strong attention to detail




Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred)
Someone who is dependable, mature-minded, and seeking long-term stability
