We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to lead and inspire high-quality educational practice across our service.
This role will play a key part in supporting educators to deliver engaging, meaningful, and child-centred programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to:

Key Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen educational practice in line with the EYLF, NQS, and approved learning frameworks
Support educators in planning, programming, documentation, and assessment for learning
Mentor and coach educators through reflective practice and professional discussions




Guide the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs
Support quality improvement initiatives and ongoing compliance requirements
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Model professionalism and best practice in early childhood education
About You
Passionate about leading and enhancing educational practice
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and National Quality Framework
Committed to continuous improvement and professional growth
An effective communicator who can build positive relationships with educators, children, and families
Confident in mentoring and supporting educator development
Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
Motivated to inspire excellence and positive outcomes for children
What You'll Bring
Diploma (or ACECQA‐approved qualification in Early Childhood Education)
Strong leadership experience (minimum of 3 years in a similar role) within the early childhood sector
Knowledge of compliance, service operations
Experience in building or leading high‐performing teams
Confidence in community engagement and relationship building
A warm, professional and uplifting leadership style
Passion, drive and a genuine desire to create something incredible
