Our client, an innovative and highly respected women's domestic and family violence recovery service in the Illawarra to recruit an exceptional Head of Impact and Partnerships.

This is a rare executive leadership chance for someone who is passionate about using evidence, community relationships and lived expertise to create meaningful and lasting change for women impacted by domestic, family and sexual violence.

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across organisational impact, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, partnerships and lived expertise, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed services while strengthening its influence across the sector.

About the Role

This diverse leadership position will see you:





- Lead organisational impact measurement, evaluation frameworks and continuous improvement.
- Develop systems that demonstrate outcomes and strengthen service delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across government, community organisations, funders, researchers and peak bodies.
- Champion the integration of lived expertise into organisational strategy, service design and advocacy.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team while contributing to organisational strategy and future growth.
- Represent the organisation externally and strengthen its profile as a leader in women's trauma recovery and violence prevention.

About You

You are an experienced senior leader who combines strategic thinking with genuine relationship-building skills.

You will bring:

- Senior leadership experience within the not-for-profit, community services, health or social impact sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluation, impact measurement, organisational learning or continuous improvement.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills.
- Experience influencing across complex systems and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to trauma-informed, feminist and social justice principles.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Community Development,



Health Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
