We are seeking an experienced Logistics
Coordinator to join our friendly, skilled, and highly driven Operations

Team in Dalby, QLD.

About Us

Clark Tanks is an Australian manufacturing company
specialising in polymer rainwater tanks and farm products, and part of the

Kingspan Group, which has manufacturing plants across 11 sites in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA.

Since 1997, Clark Tanks has manufactured quality
food-grade and UV stabilised polyethylene tanks for safe and fresh-tasting
water in a wide range of styles and colours. Our product has a trusted

reputation for reliability amongst the rural community across Australia.

Your main

responsibilities are:

- Coordinate

all deliveries as per customer requirements

- Provide

weekly updates to customers on tank delivery dates

- Plan

production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacity

- Communicate

effectively with customers via their preferred method of communication

- Coordinating

the Delivery Capacity Chart to ensure volumes and percentages meet
expectations

- Act

as an escalation point for complex or difficult logistic issues

About You

- Experience

in customer service and communication

- Effective

time management skills with the ability to prioritise

- Ability





to change, adapt and continuously improve

- Knowledge

of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365

- Ability

to understand written and verbal instructions
