Position

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and lead a high-performing team for a 12 month contract. You’ll deliver best-practice financial services, provide clear insights and advice, and support strategic and operational decision-making to drive financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

As a key business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll oversee monthly reporting, analysis and Board reports, while working closely with teams across the organisation to promote collaboration and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- CPA/CA qualified with solid governance, compliance, and ethical leadership.
- 5+ years’ senior finance leadership experience in NFP or complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven strategic financial planning skills and contribution to organisational strategy.
- Strong people leader with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced financial analysis,



modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Sage), Power BI, advanced Excel, and use of AI/automation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and experience leading change and finance transformation.
- Immediate start based in the Inner West - close to public transport links.
