We are seeking a passionate Full-Time Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Sydney, Australia. In this role,



you will work alongside our talented culinary team to prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards under the guidance of the head chef
Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols at all times

Assist with food presentation and plating to meet organisational standards
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to support service delivery
Manage inventory awareness and contribute to stock control procedures
