Administration Specialist – NDIS Services
CS Coordination and Support
Part-time – 15 hours per week
Office-based initially, with future hybrid flexibility
Award wages, increasing after successful completion of probation
CS Coordination and Support is seeking an organised, dependable and experienced Administration Specialist to support the delivery of NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services.
This is a part time role of approximately 15 hours per week. The position will initially be 100% office-based while the successful applicant learns the role, our clients, and the systems used within the business.
Once the successful applicant has demonstrated confidence, reliability and competence in the role, the position may transition to a hybrid arrangement involving up to 50% working from home.
About the role
The Administration Specialist will provide practical administrative support across the business, including:
Preparing and processing invoices
Maintaining accurate client, provider and business records
Managing electronic filing and document systems
Assisting with client and provider correspondence
Following up documentation and information from service providers
Maintaining client and provider contact information
Monitoring emails and assisting with routine responses
Managing appointments, calendars and reminders
Supporting general office administration
Assisting with the preparation, formatting and distribution of documents
Helping ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
Maintaining confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive personal information
About you
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in NDIS administration and an understanding of the importance of accurate documentation, confidentiality and professional communication.
You will ideally demonstrate:
Previous administrative experience within the NDIS or disability sector
Knowledge of NDIS terminology, service providers and plan management processes
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail
Clear and professional written communication
Confidence using email, calendars, Microsoft Office and online business systems
Experience with invoicing and electronic record management
The ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn
A respectful and trauma-informed approach when dealing with clients
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Experience supporting a Support Coordinator, Recovery Coach, allied health provider or small NDIS business would be highly regarded.
Employment conditions
Part-time employment of approximately 15 hours per week
Employment and pay conditions in accordance with the applicable modern award
Award rate during the probationary period
Pay increase following successful completion of probation
Initially 100% office-based
Opportunity for up to 50% working from home after the role and systems have been successfully learned
Days and hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
The role may suit an experienced NDIS administrator seeking stable part-time employment within a small, person-centred business.
