Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the integration of a tool with the SAP system for the maintenance department.
- Oversee the Feasibility phase, including tendering to select the solution vendor, validating a proof of concept, and developing the business case.

Work Planning and Scheduling

- Integrating a tool with SAP system for the maintenance department. The Feasibility phase involves:
- a tender to decide the solution vendor
- a proof of concept for the tool
- Business case

Skillset

- Experienced in Works Management & mobility solutions
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects,



preferably in information technology, operational technology or digital solutions
- Experience in updating business cases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels of the business
- Sharp business acumen and experience developing and managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders across multiple geographical regions

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Project management qualifications are highly preferable such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMBOK
- Experienced in a variety of project delivery methods including Agile and Waterfall and in the use of project, cost and scheduling management applications
