The Role

Join us as a Lifting Supervisor for our Shutdown Service Contract at Iron Bridge working a 2x1 Roster FIFO from Perth.

As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of Lift Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.

Mammoet is seeking a driven and motivated Supervisor at FMG Iron Bridge who is willing to take ownership of their team. As a Supervisor with Mammoet,



you will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our clients and employees.

What you’ll be doing:

- Executing and overseeing mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel
- General people management
- Supervision of the job progress
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively
- Directly liaising with clients to provide progress updates
- Regular pre-start presentations

What you’ll need

- 5 year's Supervising experience in crane and rigger operations in a mining industry
- CO and RI/RA Tickets with previous operating or rigging experience
- Current driver's License
- Section 44 Certificate or equivilent Schedule 26
- Confident and Motivated Self Starter
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Confidence in Public speaking
- Reside in Western Australia
