We are currently seeking site-based HSE Advisors to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster assisting with civil projects and site coordination. You will support the successful delivery of civil and marine construction projects by coordinating operational, planning, and compliance activities on site in support of the Project Managers and Site Supervisors.

The Opportunity
- Administer specific project Health Safety Environmental Plans,
- Administer HSE registers,
- Carry out standard HSE tasks, including safety and environmental inspections, toolbox talks, safety interactions, SWMS/JHA surveillances and START Card inspections and reviews,
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with set procedures and requirements,
- Investigate all incidents with efficiency, implement corrective actions and ensure debriefs are conducted with teams,
- Assist with internal and external audits,
- Establish,
communicate and roll out specific Standard Operating Procedures for tasks.
You’ll be working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, alongside experienced leaders and teams who know how to deliver in tough environments.
Position requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a HSE role (preferred),
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of construction or mining industry experience,
- Strong HSE focus with a commitment to uphold our mission statement and core values,
- Minimum Certificate IV WHS,
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment desirable,
- Environmental Management qualification desirable,
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team,
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills,
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
