One ongoing full time position is available Influence the future of fisheries policy in one of the world’s most unique environments The Northern Territory Government Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to join the Fisheries Division as Manager Fisheries Policy.
Based in Darwin, this is a rare chance to shape the policy frameworks that underpin the sustainable management of some of Australia’s most diverse and valuable aquatic resources. In this influential role, you will lead the development and delivery of fisheries policy, translating complex science, stakeholder perspectives and government priorities into practical, future-focused policy and legislative frameworks.

and play a central role in guiding decision-making that supports ecological sustainability, economic growth and community outcomes.
