Quantitative Insights Specialist
Location: Brisbane

Salary: $120K–$135K + Super

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true consulting role within a quick growing and high performing team in the business. As the dedicated quant specialist in Brisbane, you’ll take ownership of clients and projects, with the space to shape the role and make it your own.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will gain exposure to big-picture thinking while delivering high-quality, end-to-end research across both government and commercial work. Delivering meaningful, real-world impact across behaviour change, policy, brand, communications, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects at a high standard
- Take ownership of client relationships and stakeholder management
- Design, analyse, and interpret data using Q
- Present insights to senior stakeholders, including government clients




- Work across a mix of government policy and commercial research briefs
- Collaborate with qualitative teams on integrated projects
- Contribute to proposal writing and project scoping

Skills & Experience:

- 5–8+ years of experience in a boutique market research/insights agency
- Strong quantitative expertise with advanced hands-on Q skills
- Proven ability to run projects end-to-end independently
- Excellent communicator and presenter with strong storytelling skills
- Experience working with government and commercial clients Ability to think strategically and take ownership of your work
- Positive energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
