About You

You're a confident, commercially savvy leader who thrives on impact and influence.

You will bring:

- A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes.
- Proven experience leading multi‑site operations in early learning, education,

- The ability to coach leaders, manage performance and build engaged, high‑performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a calm, confident leadership presence.

Why Join Busy Bees?

- Quarterly bonus opportunities that reward your impact.
- Company vehicle + fuel card for ease and flexibility.
- Senior leadership role with real influence and decision‑making authority.
- Strong executive support and collaborative leadership network.
- Opportunity to shape performance and growth across a key region.
- Competitive remuneration aligned to senior leadership expectations.
- A values‑driven organisation that genuinely prioritises quality, safety and people.

Employment is conditional on satisfactory, rigorous pre‑employment checks (including WWCC, ID, Qualifications, Gecko Training, Work Rights & References) and child safety training, reflecting our strong commitment to safeguarding, equity, diversity and inclusion.

We are proud to be a child safe organisation, putting child safety at the heart of everything we do through our Triple Layer Child Safety Framework: trusted, trained and caring people, safe, supervised and supportive environments, and clear, consistent and transparent processes.
