Overview

This is a technical role to build, manipulate and execute multi-channel campaigns and initiatives across email, mobile apps and e-commerce environments.This role would be best suited to a developer, front-end developer or email developer with some automation experience.

Responsibilities

- Building and execution of campaigns and test plans via multiple campaign channels, including email, push, landing pages, app and web content
- Build email creatives via approved templates and utilising web scripting languages such as HTML and CSS
- Utilise collaborative creative designer web applications, such as Figma and Adobe XD, to retrieve and ensure the quality of images, videos, animations and creative assets for use in email campaigns, mobile device messaging and applications, and web content
- Create dynamic attributes operating on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud software setting, using their unique scripting language AMPscript, to manipulate the display of text, graphic images and animations
- Develop interactive and dynamic web content using the client side scripting language JavaScript as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s server side scripting language Server Side JavaScript
- Set-up segmented, email lifecycle marketing series,



including automated trigger campaigns and email programs, manipulating databases utilising SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Collaborate with Marketing to ideate plans and execute multivariate test scenarios for email campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys
- Communicate opportunities based on observations to drive incremental customer LTV(Lifetime Value)
- Robust testing of digital campaigns by following QA protocols and reviewing accuracy in communications including: copy, product, terms & conditions, link checking, rendering

Experience

- 2+ years' experience in a similar developer role
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience ESSENTIAL
- Expert in HTML and CSS
- Proficiency in AMPscript
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, JSON and SSJS
- Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data
- Attention to detail with a high standard of verbal and written communication
- Can lead the design, development, testing, and launch of complex email campaigns, customer journeys and automations
