This is a full-time opportunity. We are looking for the right staff, with the right attitude and the desire to learn and grow as part of our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Bring your smile - you're our first point of contact

- Book appointments, follow up and assist with customer enquiries

- Proactively communicate with customers

- Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams

- Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop current customer relationships

About You:

- Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential

- Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience really means

- Well-presented and professional presentation

- Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Excellent time management and organisational skills





- Follow a proactive, not reactive approach

- Able to work Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1730pm
