About the Role

- Design and deliver leadership development programs that build capability across the organisation
- Lead Regis' annual engagement survey and employee listening initiatives
- Analyse people insights and engagement data to drive meaningful action
- Facilitate workshops,



coaching and leadership development experiences
- Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, engagement and performance
- Manage strategic projects that support our people and business objectives

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in leadership development, organisational culture or employee engagement
- Robust facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into action
- Demonstrated project management experience in complex environments
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business or similar
- Passion for helping leaders and teams thrive
