About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring all raw materials, in-process products and finished goods consistently meet stringent quality, regulatory and customer requirements.

Working closely with Production, Warehousing and Quality Assurance, you'll help maintain the highest standards of GMP compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform sampling, inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging components, in-process and finished products.

- Conduct routine laboratory testing using approved methods and equipment.

- Review and approve batch documentation and quality records.

- Investigate non-conformances, deviations and customer complaints.

- Support CAPA investigations and implementation.

- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, TGA and company quality standards.

- Participate in internal audits and assist with external regulatory and customer audits.

- Monitor environmental and hygiene testing programs.

- Assist with validation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.





- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and maintain accurate laboratory records.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional quality every day.

You'll ideally have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Control role within the food, pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.

- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.

- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and quality systems.

- Experience with laboratory testing and quality documentation.

- Knowledge of TGA, FSANZ or PIC/S requirements is highly regarded.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

- The ability to prioritise work and thrive in a team-oriented team environment.
