The Role
We're looking for an experienced Diecutting Operator to run our flatbed diecutter - a modern machine, less than two years old - producing high-quality die-cut cartons, inserts, ecom boxes, and dividers to job specifications. This role is primarily focused on diecutting, with the flexibility to run or offside other converting equipment when production needs require it.

You'll be joining an experienced production team, working alongside our current Diecutting Operator (who remains focused on our Flexographic Folder Gluer), reporting into our Production team.

This is a full-time, day-shift role (Monday to Friday) with optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities
· Set up, operate, and adjust the flatbed diecutter to produce cartons, inserts, ecom boxes, and dividers to job specifications and artwork
· Interpret dielines, job tickets, and production drawings accurately
· Maintain cutting and creasing quality, registration accuracy, and blanking consistency
· Maintain, tweak, and optimise diecutting tools to ensure consistent, high-quality output
· Monitor production runs and minimise waste




· Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the diecutter
· Offside or run other converting equipment (e.g. folder gluer, other finishing machinery) as required
· Identify and report mechanical or quality issues promptly
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

What You'll Bring
· Proven experience operating a flatbed diecutter, ideally in a corrugated or folding carton environment
· Ability to read and interpret dielines, job tickets, and specifications
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Flexibility and willingness to run or offside other machinery when needed
· A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
· Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality
· Forklift license (preferred but not essential)

What We Offer
· $75,000 – $85,000 + super, depending on experience
