BUMA Australia is hiring a Human Resources Officer to support Goonyella and Blackwater operations in Central Queensland.
You will report to the Senior HR Advisor and assist across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, investigations, disciplinary processes, talent & succession, and HR records.
Travel to Queensland project sites is required.
The role requires a tertiary HR qualification (preferred), two years of HR administration experience, SAP familiarity, and solid Microsoft Office
