Exciting opportunity for a energetic banking or capital markets lawyer to join an expanding listed company!
Joining a high calibre, collegiate in-house legal team you will support the growth of the business by advising on a range of complex debt finance transactions including syndicated loans, corporate, asset finance and capital markets.
You will also handle broader commercial and contract related matters as well as working closely with the business and other stakeholders providing advice and guidance.

Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have around 3 to 6 years pae in Banking & Finance or Capital Markets gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment.
You will also be commercially minded and a strong communicator, able to build relationships with a range of sophisticated stakeholders.
