About the Role
As a Casual Line Cook, you'll play an significant role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards. You'll work alongside an experienced kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals to company recipes and standards.
Set up and maintain your assigned kitchen station.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work workplace.
Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements.
Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
