Cranfield Group is seeking an Afternoon Shift Team Leader for a busy manufacturing site on the Gold Coast. You will lead a small team of about 9 staff on the 2:15pm–11:00pm shift, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are met while keeping machinery running smoothly.
