We're looking for a motivated and organisedProperty Managerto join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, supporting landlords with tenancy-related matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties from end to end
Handle landlord communications, lease renewals, and routine inspections
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tradespeople
Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Support onboarding of recent properties into the portfolio
Liaise with internal teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in residential or long-term property management
Certificate of Registration (NSW) — required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail




Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in property management software (experience with Guesty or similar is a plus)
Mandarin language skills highly regarded (not essential)
