Support Worker Required – Armadale (Male Participant)
Location: Armadale, WA
We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and confident Support Worker to support a male participant in Armadale.
Participant Profile
Cerebral Palsy
Physical disability
Complex support needs, including sexually inappropriate behaviours
About the Role
The successful applicant will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with daily living activities, community access, and achieving their NDIS goals while maintaining skilled boundaries and following behaviour support strategies.
Essential Requirements
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
Confidence in managing challenging behaviours while maintaining professionalism
Understanding of positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practice
NDIS Worker Screening Check




Working With Children Check (if applicable)
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Experience supporting people with Cerebral Palsy and physical disabilities
Manual handling experience
Behaviour support training (highly regarded)
