RSPCA NSW is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the Animal Operations team at the Yagoona Shelter on a part time basis (16 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays).
You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage adoptions and surrender processes, and support animal welfare across NSW while reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor.
This role is based at the Yagoona Shelter.
