Our government client is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Officer to support the implementation and delivery of significant policy initiatives and reforms.
The role involves translating policy intent into practical outcomes, coordinating complex reform projects, providing strategic advice to senior executives, and engaging with stakeholders across government and external organisations to support successful delivery.
The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of government policy development, decision-making and implementation processes, along with demonstrated experience delivering policy initiatives,



programs or reforms in a complex setting.
Robust stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to monitor implementation activities, identify emerging risks and issues, and develop practical solutions.
