QT Gold Coast is looking for passionate Pastry Chefs, Chef de Partie and Commis to craft pastries, desserts and baked goods with a bold QT energy.
You'll be part of our kitchen brigade, creating showstopper desserts and laminated pastries that guests photograph before tasting.
You should have 1–2 years in hotels, restaurants, or bistros, solid pastry techniques including tempering and gelato making, and the ability to train junior staff and lead a section when required.
