Commis Chef
to join our team at Golden Point Hotel in Regional Victoria.

About You
You will have:
A recognised Chef qualification with at least 2 years' experience.
A robust understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety.
Experience in a rapid-paced commercial kitchen.
The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
High standards of food quality and presentation.




Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A reliable, positive, and hardworking attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
Prepare and organise daily kitchen prep.
Assist with stock control and food costing.
Maintain food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
Deliver consistently high-quality meals as part of a team-oriented kitchen team.
