The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking an APS6 Team Leader to lead a frontline team in a high-volume, rapid-paced setting. You will set expectations, manage performance and support staff to deliver consistent outcomes for customers.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will foster a positive team culture, ensure policy and legislative requirements are met, and respond to complex requests with solid written and oral communication.
