The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in the organization. The CMO will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of medical governance and patient safety frameworks across the entire organization. This includes overseeing medical workforce planning, credentialing, and career development, as well as driving service improvement initiatives that are in line with best-practice healthcare delivery.
The successful candidate will also provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board on a range of clinical matters, including risk, accreditation, and emerging sector trends. In addition to the above, the CMO will be expected to build and maintain strong partnerships with clinicians, universities, qualified bodies, and healthcare networks to foster innovation, education,



and excellence in patient-centered care. The role requires a leader who can work closely with executive leaders, clinicians, and operational teams to ensure the highest standards of medical practice and patient care.
